Orders are usually processed within 1 business day however please allow up to 2 business days for processing in the event of unexpected delays.
Please ensure all personal and postage details are correct with a reliable address for postal delivery. Please note we do not require signatures for deliveries, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately we do not ship to parcel lockers or PO BOX addresses at this time and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

KUI garments are handmade using organic, natural fabrics and plant dyes therefore natural fading may occur with frequent washing. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Please see your garments care instructions for proper care information. 
Please note we produce limited quantities at this time and do not offer refunds however exchanges are subject to availability.
You may exchange your purchase within 7 days receipt of goods. Please follow our exchanges guidelines below:
  1. All items must be returned in its original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed/dry cleaned, altered and have all original packaging and tags attached. A proof of purchase/ invoice must be included in your returns parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all postage fees for any exchanges.
  2. Please advise our KUI customer service team via email within 7 days of receipt stating why you wish to exchange your item. You will receive an email with instructions including return address on how to return your item.
  3. The item must be returned to KUI within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the return package is clearly addressed, traceable and safely packaged to be received undamaged or lost during transit. Please keep your postage receipt as proof if required.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and duties or taxes charged.
Items will be reviewed and once approved you can either exchange for a new item. Exchanges will be processed and shipped the next business day. All exchanges are subject to availability. KUI reserves the right to deny approval of customers exchanges if they do not meet our policy requirements.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please notify customer service via email with a clear photograph and description of fault within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide instructions to rectify this for you as soon as possible.
KUI does not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items (these will be marked appropriately). This also applies to any promotional discounts. We kindly ask you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
